This hotel booking system lets customers easily book rooms online. They can enter the number of guests per booking, and the system shows different prices per date range or per number of guests. Once a room is booked for a certain date range, others can’t book the same room at the same time.
The hotel manager can set the total number of available rooms, as well as the minimum and maximum number of guests allowed in each room. The manager can also mark certain days as unavailable, and offer special rates for certain date ranges or for types of rooms. The booking system shows check-in and check-out dates and times in the hotel’s time zone to avoid confusion.
The site also lets customers cancel reservations online. Once a booking or a cancellation is confirmed, confirmation emails are always sent to avoid any confusion.
